House & apartment movers, Gold Coast.
High-rise towers, townhouses, family homes. Floors covered, doorways protected, furniture wrapped and rebuilt at the new place. The same standard on every move, whatever the layout.
Every kind of home
Apartments on the coast, houses in the hinterland.
A lot of our coastal work is apartment moves — the towers around Surfers, Broadbeach and Southport, where the job is really about lift bookings, loading-dock windows and truck-height limits. Inland, in Coomera, Helensvale and Nerang, it is more family homes with bigger loads and driveways to work around. We do both, week in and week out.
Every move gets the same treatment: floors covered, doorways and corners protected, furniture wrapped properly, and every piece set down where you want it at the new place.
- High-rise apartments and units (we handle the lift booking)
- Townhouses, duplexes and granny flats
- Family homes, 2 to 4+ bedrooms
- Dismantle & reassembly of beds, tables and wardrobes included
- No charge for standard stairs
Local knowledge that saves time
We already know your building and your streets.
We know which Surfers towers need a lift booked 48 hours out, which Burleigh streets you can get a truck down, and how settlement-day timing works in Robina. That local knowledge is the difference between a move that runs to plan and one that loses an hour before the first box is loaded.
Moving within a specific suburb? We have dedicated pages with the local detail:
- Removalists Surfers Paradise — towers, lift bookings, loading bays
- Removalists Broadbeach — high-rise + waterfront homes
- Removalists Burleigh Heads — hill streets, townhouses
- Removalists Robina — family homes, settlement-day moves
- All Gold Coast service areas

House move questions
Common questions about home moves.
Do you move both apartments and houses?
Yes. A lot of our coastal work is apartment moves — high-rise towers with lift bookings and loading docks — while suburbs like Coomera, Helensvale and Nerang are more family homes. Whatever the layout, our team has done it before.
Do you handle high-rise lift bookings?
Yes. In towers around Surfers, Broadbeach and Southport we coordinate the service lift booking and building-manager access as part of the job. Tell us the building when you book and we handle the paperwork and the loading-dock window.
Is dismantling and reassembling furniture included?
Yes. We pull apart beds, dining tables, wardrobes and modular furniture at the old place, wrap the parts so nothing gets scratched, and put it all back together at the new one. That is part of the rate, not an extra.
Do you charge extra for stairs?
Not for standard stairs. Walk-ups, townhouses and second-floor access do not add a separate fee — the extra time is already in your quote. The only exception is a particularly difficult or heavy item, which we flag up front.
How much does a house move cost?
From $169/hr for two movers and a truck, with a written quote that includes the call-out and any heavy or specialty items before you book. As a rough guide, small moves run $395–$625 and 2-3 bedroom homes $695–$1250. See pricing for the full breakdown.
What should I do before moving day?
Be fully packed before we arrive, reserve the lift early if you are in an apartment, and give us a realistic picture of how much you have — the most common surprises on the day are underestimating the volume and leaving packing unfinished. The more we know up front, the tighter the quote.
