Water on three sides
Canal homes, lake homes, and the shops in the middle.
Mermaid Waters is built around water — the canal streets off Careel and Cottesloe on the eastern side, the family homes ringing Lake Hugh Muntz, and the townhouses and units clustered around Markeri Street and the Q Super Centre. It is mostly family-home territory, with the odd apartment block toward the Broadbeach and Nobby Beach edges.
The canal homes are our bread and butter here. Access is easy — wide driveways, room for the truck — but the contents run heavier, with outdoor lounges, boat and pontoon gear and oversized dining tables. We carry the right straps and padding for the waterfront extras and the timber decks.
Around Q Super Centre the townhouse complexes need the visitor parking or shared driveway booked ahead of the day, and we sort that with the body corporate so the move runs to plan.
