Labrador is one of the older suburbs on the Broadwater, and it stays refreshingly down-to-earth — walk-up unit blocks without lifts, post-war houses around Frank Street, and the Parklands and Charis Seafood on the water. It is affordable, close to Southport, and full of the smaller unit and share-house moves we do all the time.
The walk-ups are the defining feature: no lift, so stairs are part of nearly every job. That is fine — standard stairs never cost extra, we bring the stair-runners, and we plan the time into the quote so there are no surprises.
