Where the Coast meets the hinterland
Old houses, big sheds, and new estates on the hills.
Nerang sits where the built-up Coast gives way to the hinterland, and the housing is a real mix — established older homes and Queenslanders around the town centre and the river, acreage and semi-rural blocks toward Advancetown and Canungra, and newer double-storey estates climbing the hills toward Gilston, Highland Park and Pacific Pines.
Acreage is the part that catches other movers out. Long driveways, sheds packed with tools and workshop gear, ride-on mowers and the odd trailer — we bring the right truck and enough hands for it. Tell us what is in the shed when you book and we plan for it.
The older homes get stair-runners and floor protection for the stumps and timber, and standard stairs never cost extra. The newer estates are quick — wide driveways and a short carry.
