The northern growth corridor
New estates, double-storey homes, and the odd acreage block.
Coomera is one of the fastest-growing pockets on the Coast, and the housing shows it — street after street of
new-build family homes around Coomera Waters, the estates off Foxwell Road, and the townhouse complexes near the
Coomera Town Centre and train station. Head toward Upper Coomera and Pimpama and the blocks get bigger, with sheds
and acreage in the mix.
Most of these homes are double-storey, so a lot of the job is stairs. That is built into the quote, and standard
stairs never cost extra. The upside up here is access: the estate driveways are wide and the streets are built for
big vehicles, so the truck gets in close and the carry is short.
A good share of our Coomera jobs are first moves into a brand-new house, where the handover date can slide by a day
or two. We plan around the settlement window and hold the truck through a short gap if the keys run late, so you are
not paying for a crew to stand around waiting on a locksmith.
