Premium waterfront & gated estates
Hope Island is at the top end of the Gold Coast market — the resort estates, the marina and golf-front homes, and the gated waterfront streets around Cova and Sanctuary Cove next door. The homes are larger, the finishes are expensive, and the furniture is often the kind that scares other removalists: stone and marble tops, grand pianos, oversized custom pieces and art.
That suits us. We are the crew that moved a 300kg marble table up to the top level of a Broadbeach penthouse, and we bring the same planning here — the right padding and straps, enough hands, and a lifting path worked out before we touch a thing. Heavy and specialty items are quoted up front, never sprung on the day.
The other half of the job is access. The resort and gated estates run on security gates and body-corporate rules, so we get the crew and truck onto the approved list and arrange the gate passes ahead of time. Plenty of our Hope Island work is downsizers heading to a smaller place, sometimes with storage in between — we coordinate that too, so it stays one team from start to finish.
